Ron & Mike go way back and have known each other for over 20 years.  Both graduated from Hofstra University's Frank G. Zarb School of Business, and then went on to build successful careers in high level sales, by mastering skills as consultants, marketers and negotiators.  All positioning them perfectly for the success they have enjoyed and the brand they have built in the real estate industry.  Well versed in properties of all types, sizes and price ranges, Mike & Ron specialize in sales in the Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, and Hamptons markets.

Robert Barnes

A Long Islander born and raised Rob grew up on Long Island’s beautiful beaches and some of its’ most well respected golf courses.  His knowledge of Long Island’s neighborhoods and some of their most treasured intricacies is just part of what makes his expertise so sought after.  Couple that knowledge with his ability to connect with his customers and clients, and understand their needs, is what has propelled Rob to be one of Long Island’s most coveted buyer agents. 

Rob’s philosophy is simple:

Paul Licari

Nick Koch

"Being a real estate agent is not just a job for me — it's my life-long dream," says Nick Koch.  Nick is a life-long New York native to the south shore of Long Island. His goal is to be his clients' "one stop shop" for any and all of their Long Island real estate needs.

Nick graduated from Hofstra University on Long Island, where he also met his future wife, Amanda. Following graduation, he moved to New York City to work for a medical device company, and quickly found himself managing a 5 million dollar territory and earning countless awards for his achievements, including Sales Rep of the Year, two years in a row. Away from work, Nick enjoys golf, biking, traveling, and loves to spend time with his wife, son, family, and friends.

Jonathan Pesce is a dedicated and one-of-a-kind agent who came to Real Estate via Corporate Sales and quickly established himself as an area leader when he sold nearly five million dollars worth of real estate with just 20 transactions in his first year.

Jonathan grew up in Massapequa, NY in a close-knit family who he credits for his unwavering values. He attended Gettysburg College for Psychology Major & Business Minor. He lives with his wife Daniella, who is a teacher in the Babylon School System. Joining the Douglas Elliman family, John brings a passion for superior real estate, the National Football League, arts, wine and gourmet food.
