Access to main thoroughfares facilitate easy travel in the area, and from Lynbrook to JFK International Airport is a 15 minute drive, and it's only a one hour drive to New York City. Additionally, the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) provides service to the New York City boroughs of Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan, and the Westwood rail station provides service to Brooklyn and Queens.
