Ronald Lanzillotta

Ronald Lanzillotta is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Laffey International Realty and co-leader of The Pesce & Lanzillotta Group alongside Michael Pesce. Together, they lead a team whose collective track record includes more than $1 billion in sales and over 1,000 homes sold, serving buyers and sellers across Long Island, New York City and the Hamptons.

Ron combines local knowledge with experience in luxury properties, waterfront homes, residential purchases and sales, and investment real estate. His work includes a strong focus on Dix Hills and Melville, while he and Michael jointly lead the team’s luxury business across Long Island’s Gold Coast. Michael brings particular expertise to Massapequa and Massapequa Park, extending the team’s reach throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties.

Whether helping clients establish roots, find a second home or prepare a longtime residence for sale, Ron begins by understanding what matters most to them.
